Verification problem


Hey,

I hit verify on Feb 19th, and all seemed okay until I checked Monday morning (March 5th) when my account showed up as if it had never been verifying at all.

I have the email from Feb 19th to prove I was verifying, and I've since hit verifying again. I really hope I don't have to wait another month, that would be madness.

I've still got 10 greens, everything seems to be fine, I think I was just put in the wrong status when my account got verified maybe?

Anyone else experienced anything similar?

I've submitted a ticket, but they're not terribly quick with replying, and I really don't want to miss this months orders through no fault of my own...

I heard back from Lisa on Thursday saying she would look in to it and get back to me, but haven't heard back since.

Has noone else experienced this problem?

Have I missed this months orders?

unfortunately you have to rely on the support tickets as Tab pointblank refuses to answer support questions on here..... I would maybe raise another support ticket with high priority!

Personal Account questions I refuse to answer on here, however general questions / queries I am more than happy to answer, as are many of the well informed eXceem members on here. This is why I do not post a reply to every post made, because a member has normally answered it sufficiently.

No worries, you are correct. I am currently putting new features in place on our sites that will hopefully reduce the amount of support questions. After all it is clear that people like to be kept well informed.

Also more of the general public are finding eXceem lately, which can only be a good thing in the long run.

I apologize for posting this here, and it wasn't intended as a chase up of my support ticket, I simply wasn't able to find any other cases of this happening to someone else, so I figured it was worth posting about.

Either way, hopefully Tab can set me on the right track, and I can prove my naysaying friends & family wrong!

Man, this is frustrating.

I don't mean having to wait for the 360, but putting up with the 10 friends and family that completed referrals for me asking every bloody day: Get your xbox yet?

I want to start the hdtv one, too, but none of them will do another referral for me at the moment because of this. =|

Argh!

Hey,

Just had a reply from Lisa and thought I would update you ladies and gentlemen:

Lisa has confirmed that what happened was entirely human error, a simple misclick. That said, I still have to wait until the next round of verifications. I'm a bit disappointed, since I've been verifying for absolutely ages now, *shrug*.

Whats to stop this from happening again, and another month being added on?

Hi,

I can't find where to edit...

Lisa just replied again letting me know that I haven't actually missed the last round of orders, stock is arriving now, and should be being sent out next week. So some good news for all who completed the last round of verifying!

Hoping my friends and family will crack on and sign up for my PS3/HDTV accounts now! =p
