LOVEFiLM Reversals....

Hey,

Thought I should make a new thread about LOVEFiLM reversals as so many still seem to have many many many questions...

All LOVEFiLM completions will show as PENDING until approved by LOVEFiLM, this can take up to 10 Business days (14 days). We receive LOVEFiLM reversals on a weekly basis now (sometimes a bit late), however this does not change the fact that it can still take up to 10 Business days for credit to be approved...... Also I say 10 Business days, but please allow a little wiggle room. This is a brand new process and everyone including LOVEFiLM and myself are getting used to it and ironing out the kinks.

People here on eXceem tend to know a little more about how our internal processes work as I like to keep you all informed as best I can. However it seems to be reaching the point where me keeping you informed has turned in to you guys practically sitting on my lap while I work. I am unable and unwilling to keep every single one of you personally updated to the extent you seem to want.

If you have referrals that went to PENDING between the 12th and 18th of Feb, and they are still PENDING now, then they will turn green before we start verifying later today. If your referrals went PENDING between 18th and 25th of Feb then they will not turn green in time for todays verifying.

Just to clarify, I will not be answering these "One of my referrals went PENDING on 22nd and its now the 29th and you said you have the reversals from LOVEFiLM in, have you applied them yet, if you have why are they still PENDING.. if they haven't been reversed should they turn green, or do we have to wait.. how long should we wait, when do you get the next reversals in, will they turn green then, its been 9 days already, will they turn green tomorrow, will they turn green in time.. etc........................." x 20

It's just crazy.

This isn't aimed at everyone on eXceem obviously, and I apologise if the above comes across as rude.
