Question for TAB or anyone who can help

Hello, I wondered if 'TAB' or anyone in the know about the giveaway network could help me with a little problem I've had with the service. I have 4 out of 8 greens for a nintendo wii and one pending. However I have also spoken to some of the people in my list of referrals who have signed up to lovefilm and yet it has been unrecognised on my referral page, and it doesnt even say 'pending' or anything. This is quite annoying.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

You need to get those referrals who's offer hasn't been credited to raise a support ticket through the support section on the giveaways website.

According to those I have spoken to, on their account it has been credited and verified but nothing has happened on mine.

It sounds like they didn't follow the ref link properly and have not been referred by you.

Can you see them as yellow?

Are you down as their referal on the account status page?

Yes they are yellow on my page.
