Any other way of contacting Giveaway?

Hi,
I am trying to contacy the owner of giveaway to ask if he could close down one of my accounts (made two, woops

.) Anyway, the support website won't and never does load up on my computer. Is there an email or msn address or something i could use?

In short I doubt they will close one of the accounts down.

Damn, are you sure there's no way? ForFree4u managed to close down one of my accounts, although i do respect they are completely different networks.

I must agree the support system doesn't seem very good at all on the giveaway network in my experience. I've never had a ticket answered in less than 2 days, with the average probably more like 5 or 6 (after sending lots of reminders). My last one only got answered after I PMd Tab on here (thanks by the way!). I appreciate they're pretty busy, but there's no warning of long waits, and I never even get an answer to even acknowledge that they're busy and its taking a while - all in all doesn't seem great customer service.
