I couldn't find a reasonable answer to this question in any recent posts, and thought somebody might know of a reason why it is taking a while, or if it just generally does take some time. thank you. |

| Re: average support response time?I must be really fortunate because all my tickets have been answered within at leat 48 hours! In fact I've come to expect that I'll get a response in about 24 hours! |
