On the 20th of december 2006 i was told by giveaway that my account will be taken off hold within the week. Hi Andrew, I've spoken to Alan regarding this and he has confirmed that your account will be taken off hold in the next few days. Date: 20 December 2006 13:31 My hold status failed to be taken off hold by the 30th of december so i sent another support ticket. On the 7th jan i recieved a reply saying.. No worries, Andrew! Have been informed that your held status will be removed this week. Regards, So i waited again for another 7 days, until the 14th of January. Hold status still not taken off! It is not the 20th of january when i was told hold will be taken off a few days from 20th december! Starting to make me very angry with the network. As a reputable company i would think it would be respectful to keep to things you promise. taking someone off hold will take them no more than 30 seconds, which is another thing that frustrates me. Why cant 'lisa' just go to admin and take me off hold? I still await my change of status! |
