Work colleagues using same PC

Actually thats not quite true...

Two of my work colleagues signed up for PS3 Giveaway on separate PC's but I guess as they were part of a network could have the same IP. I'm not much of a boffin so could be talking rubbish here!

Anyone know whether this could be a problem?

I sent a support ticket to giveaway about the same thing they said:

I took that to mean it would be ok, you would have to let them know you expect people to be signing up with the same ip, but as long as they were 'unique and valid' it doesn't break t&c

Well my mate at work just went for it in the end and signed up so I'll just keep my fingers crossed. He's the third person to sign up at my work so if that's a problem I'll be screwed...

Your better giving them the url and getting them to signup at home to be on the safe side. Things can go wrong with your computer that make it not track properly.

Bugger - it's too late for that! I already have the greens needed for my PS3 and had to work hard to get them so I'll be gutted if there's a problem because of this.

If they are all legit greens with valid addresses and did the offers properly Giveaway should have no problems with your account.

Re: Work colleagues using same PC

I hope you're right but this is my first stab at something like this so I can't help feeling a bit skeptical.

I've contacted them and told them the score so hopefully that's all I need to do. Each account is totally unique in every way other than 3 were set up using the same PC-network.
