 | giveaway ipodnano not updatingI have been getting loads of yellows in the past week and none are turning green , is there a problem with updates on this site , tab can you have a look in to this? or is it just a bad ratio, seems to be happening alot these days with giveaway even with ps3 giveaway so many yellows but hardly no greens  |

 | Re: giveaway ipodnano not updatingI was chatting to one of my referrals on msn last night and he said the same thing, has a string of 25 yellows that haven't gone green. That's almost unheard of from my experience of the site. One of the easier one's to get greens on.

Had 20 yellows go on in the last week and no greens. Is anyone aware if there has been a problem with the site or perhaps lovefilm having issues??? |

I had 7 people go green for me using lovefilm last week within 12ish hours of completing the offer, then had two more sign up on Thursday that are still yellow today. I know for sure these people completed the offer as I was with them in person when they did so. (Friends and family, gotta love 'em!). |

All sites are crediting fine. iPodnano has been a llittle slow recently compared to the burst we had when the new colour nanos came out. If users are sure they have completed the an offer successfully but havne't been credited, then they should log a support ticket. Tab |

| Re: giveaway ipodnano not updatingHi Tab, I just spoke to one of my referrals and they said they're showing up as "offer completed" when they login to their own control panel, but they're showing up as not completed in mine. Is this normal? Should I just wait longer? If it's not normal, who needs to open the ticket, them or me? Thanks, Vince. |

| Re: giveaway ipodnano not updatingLooks like there was definitely a problem. Neither of those two referrals have gone green, and it's been over a week since they completed the offers. One of them has an open support ticket, the other one now believes it's a scam and won't open a ticket. |

 | Re: giveaway ipodnano not updatingthe credits on every giveaway site are updated automatically  but there was a couple of people having the same problem with the Ipod nano site, so there might be some kind of a problem with the site I'm sure Tab will investigate it if you PM him
