Question

Verifying process

Hi,

I have recently registered on alienwaregiveaway.co.uk and didn't really believe this whole giveaway thing so I registered again to refer myself. The second registration was under a different name and address but the email address I used was giveawayrefer1@mydomain.co.uk

I'd like to try to get all the greens to get my free laptop but if I get found out, will my account be put on hold ? I'm not sure how automated the verification is or what is involved ?

Thanks for any replies

Re: Verifying process

Oops,

should have pointed out the the email address used in the first registration had the same domain in it. So it looks quite obvious on my refer list that I've referred myself

Ps, had to register twice on Jackpotjoy - one for each offer on both accounts

thanks

Re: Verifying process

Thanks for the reply,

If I mail support and tell them and request they delete my first referral, do you think they will let me keep my first account. The first one does have all correct information in it ???

Also, does someone actually look at each account when they are verified ? As in an actual human being ?

Thanks

Re: Verifying process

I don't care if they look because I am owning up. I can see the system actually works and that's the only reason I signed up twice anyway.
It shouldn't really matter to them anyway as all referrals equal money even if from the same person

i'll just start fresh on a new network

To be hounest I dont think you've got much of a hope, that is fraud in its most obvious state.

And you say that you didnt believe yet you did twice?!?!? Most people tend to register a single fake email address rather than two legitimate ones...

You obviously clicked the box (twice!) saying you agreed to the t+cs, then broke THE most important rule and commited fraud.

Think you should start looking elsewhere and dont get your hopes up! Welcome to exceem by the way, I'm not normally quite so on your back hounest!

Re: Verifying process

No worries. think i'll give up on that network
Not really up for the whole fraud thing anyway, bound to get caught sooner or later
I'll start fresh with an honest account and get the greens the hard way

Cheers for all the replies

You can do more than one site at once [just not the same one twice] so you can do two sites from different networks if you want. Don't cancel your account, just leave it there to rot away until you decide to do it!

No it doesn't matter, his account isn't tied to yours directly and he can do the site without you doing it or you can do it without him doing it ~ it really doesn't matter.

Anyway... this isn't really the right thread for talking about personal queries
