![]() | Jackpot Joy greens on the giveaway networkDoes anyone else have problems getting genuine greens to register? Am I missing something? I have got 4 people who have signed up for Jackpot Joy Credited £10 (then got £10 free) Played through the whole lot (some won, some didn't) Not one single one has gone green - some have been outstanding for over 5 weeks 2 on the 360giveaway and 2 on the sonyps3giveaway (which trials and lovefilm trials seem to be credited to me within a day...) Any idea or have I mis-understood the details of the offer? Many thanks indeed for your help |

![]() | Re: Jackpot Joy greens on the giveaway networkI've had the same problem when doing this offer for myself on PS3Giveaway. I had to raise a support ticket and they manually credited me with completing the offer after I sent them screenshots from my Jackpot Joy account to prove I had deposited and played (ie lost) the whole £10. It worries me when this happens to people - how many yellows have we got but not been credited for when they complete their offers? Do the giveaway sites get their money for the offers but only credit us with greens if we kick up a stink? The cinic in me wonders whether these schemes make some of their margin on getting money from sponsors but not passing all credit in the form of greens onto the punters. Obviously, someone who is wanting to qualify for a freebie will kick up a stink and make sure they get credit for completing their offer, but sometimes people only sign up under you to do you a favour and help you on your way (ie if it is a firnd or family member). Other times, someone you don't actually know may sign up under you and complete an offer but then have not further interest in getting their own referrals. In cases like these the scheme operator will presumably get money for the offer but not pass on the green if the person did not kick up a stink. I would like to see some more transparency or hear from Tab et al exactly how they try to ensure that when they get their money from sponsors that this directly translates to greens. The mechanism for this is not know to us users and it would be interesting to find out. Now to give my fingers a rest!!! |

![]() ![]() | Re: Jackpot Joy greens on the giveaway networkRest assured the Giveaway Network do not get paid for anything that doesn't turn 'green'. It's actually quite the opposite. The problem with offers like this is on Jackpotjoy's end. If you don't go green it means Jackpotjoy have not let the network know you completed an offer, and so will not pay them. If your referrals open a support ticket about this and provide screenshots of their accounts showing transaction history and also screenshots of welcome emails Giveaway will (although they don't have to) manually credit them. This exact problem happened me with this offer but just get your referrals to do what I did and send the relevant screenshots in a support ticket.
