Need a bit of advice

Hi all,

A while back, I exchanged referral links in order to get a green via the trades section. I signed up to 360giveaway via someones link and completed the Jackpot joy offer. Without realising, I entered my email address wrong when completing the offer. I only found out when I tried logging in at a later date. I phoned up the jackpot joy helpline and sorted this out and told them my correct email address. I can now log in with the same email address I use to log in the 360giveaway site. I have not got a confirmation/welcome email from them. I think that maybe this is due to incorrect email address entered. However I printed out a paper copy of the transaction number when I deposited money into the account. Hopefully I can use this to link the Jackpot Joy completion offer to my giveaway account. I also have not got credited for this offer. It says that I should be credited within 5 days. Is this due to entering the email address wrong on the offer screen? Also I cannot submit a ticket. I keep getting a 'Internet Explorer cannot display this page' error. I even get a error when using Firefox. What shall I do? I am starting to panic now! Any help/advice will be gladly welcomed.

I think you need to get Jackpot joy to send you confirmation that you signed up and deposited then played through your £10. They should be able to do this via the transaction number you have and your card details.

Then fwd this on or attach as part of a support ticket to the giveaway network. The incorrect email address should not be the problem - correct me if i'm wrong anyone?

As for why you can't send a support ticket i'm stumped. Have you tried from another computer?

Thanks for the reply. I phoned up Jackpot joy and they said that the confirmation and the money deposit email is done automatically when you first register and deposit money. They can't send out another one as this is beyond their control. They also said that my setting to recieve emails was turned off. I don't think that this matters now as my email address was entered wrong on registration (I entered .com instead of co.uk. Got confused with my other email address). So what do I do now?

Can't u go into ur account and change the email address? I've never signed up to Jackpot Joy so I dont know if they will allow u to change details u used to register but its worth a shot in my opinion.

Yes. I done that by phoning them up and correcting it. But the reason is that I wish to get credited on 360giveaway but have not credited yet. So I was thinking of submitting a ticket but I do not have the confirmation and the money deposit email to show them as they probably sent it automatically to the non existent address on sign up! So what do I do?

open a support ticket on giveaway, explaining your situation, and im sure they'll be happy to help.
