360giveaway account on hold

hey...

need a bit of help i think...I've just logged into my 360giveaway account after about 25 days after completing, and it now says that my account has been put on hold & i quote..."Your account is currently on hold as one of more instances of fraud have been found with your account. Please log a support ticket if you believe this to be an error."

I have logged a support ticket but am now a bit worrired, did i do the love film trial wrong? the way i did it was sign friends and family to the site, but pay for there trial myself, so they got the dvd's etc and sent them back but I used my bank details...I don't see a problem with this...they still signed up for the trial...

Could someone please help me regarding this problem, thanks for your time.

I have bad news for you, you are not going to get off hold.

Lovefilm pay money for new individual sign ups. If you signed everyone up using your bank details then it is classed as fraud.

Lovefilm will not pay out any commision if the person is only doing it to complete an offer. They have to want to try the service and use their own bank details for the service, if they like it, they stay a member. Lovefilm pay commision for people to try them out.

If you also signed them up on your computer, that can be classed as fraud as they share the same ip address.

So, long story short, if your referrals are not all different people, all sign up from different computers, all have seperate shipping address' and all used their own details to complete the offer then they are not classed as unique referrals and you will be permanently placed on hold.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but thems the facts.
