 | PSP WarrantyI got my psp on the 1st, it worked great, but today it wont read any UMDs  I looked in the manual about guarantee and it says that if I want to get ti repaired under the warranty i need the original sales receipt. As I got it for free I obviously don't have one. How can I get it repaired or replaced? I sent a support ticket to GA asking about it, but has anyone else had similar experiences and how did they turn out?

I just called the sony helpline thing told them it stopped working and they said because I don't have the receipt I cannot get a brand new one as a replacement but only a refurbished one. I got a response to my support ticket by the way, giveaway said I won't need the receipt, just call sony.
