Iceage warranty support

Iceage warranty support


Does anyone know if Iceage have any kind of "afterfreegiftdelivery" support ?
My xbox 360 has died and microsoft customer care leaves a lot to be desired to put it nicely.
Anyone had any contact with iceage or know how I can contact them, ive not got their email now.

Nothing came with the box, would it be inside the actual xbox360 box? I havn't opened to check.

Normally you get those little things dont you that says register your console etc. And you have to put down the model number etc. This is normally for warrenty too i think :S lol

Yeah I have a warranty until feb 07. But it doesnt seem to mean much to Microsofts outsourced call centres. Ive been in communication for 29 days and no signs of a box to return the console even. I know retail outlets usually provide support ie send back on your behalf for repair but I dont know where those who did not actually buy it stand. We arent really retail customers though I assume giveaway bought the machine on our behalf.

The 360 comes with Microsofts standard warranty. You will need to contact Microsofts customer support who will arrange for it to be picked and fixed/replaced.

How long is the standard warranty as I got my 360 a month or so ago and it won't be opened until Christmas?

Almost all standard warrenties on consoles are for a year!!!!! so i think the xbox360 is a years warrenty too.

so you have loads of time

The warranty states 90 days though this varies depending upon the law in the land that the customer buys the goods in. In the UK its 1 year. But try telling that to the multicultural muppets on the end of microsofts phone lines ( if you have dealt with them in any length you would know im putting this lightly) but im standing my ground.

(Incidently I now have the Xbox project managers direct line if anyone has any unresolved issues that have been ongoing for some time. I wont write it here but you can PM me for it.)It wasnt easy to obtain to say the least.

Thanks for all the replies I seem to be getting sorted now but thanks anyway.
