After trading with person A i went green for person A on console real incentives. That person A hasnt yet gone green for me on giveaway. I emailed and emailed and emailed but no response from person A. After 5 days i sent a support ticket to giveaway (after getting advice from exceem moderators to chase it up as soon as possible to prevent this guy from getting away with it) to check whether this person has gone green but a few days later i get the response:

Right, so lets wait another 5 days, let the guy get his freebie from console real incentives and THEN decide to do something. Not only that but i told them that he hadnt replied to my emails so what makes them think he's gonna try and raise a support ticket to them asking for him to get credited for me?

Person A was on holiday for that time and im in contact with him so it should go green soon.

But thats not the point - Aren't Giveaway (and other networks) supposed to work with exceem and it's members to fight agaisnt fraud?

No wonder some people are scared of trading!

don't be silly... it would be very nice if the sites would take our word when we tell them that a member should have gone green by now!

it is hard enough in my experience to get my own greens from giveaway!

both times I have paid for offers.. and still the battle of the emails commences!

i mean jackpot joy do not even provide the evidence that was requested, and would not even produce on request.. in fairness I am now green but still!!

it is up to the member after all to chase up their own green...

exceem is not responsible for any trades, the feedback is a guide to a persons past performance and should be taken as that.

If it turns out you get scammed in a trade, we will attempt to help to see that the link between your account and the scammers is removed, so they don't profit from their scamming, what the sites do after that is their business, but the sites hate fraud as much as we do and don't take it lightly.
