After trading with person A i went green for person A on console real incentives. That person A hasnt yet gone green for me on giveaway. I emailed and emailed and emailed but no response from person A. After 5 days i sent a support ticket to giveaway (after getting advice from exceem moderators to chase it up as soon as possible to prevent this guy from getting away with it) to check whether this person has gone green but a few days later i get the response:

Hi Paul, a completion will normally take up to ten working days to show on the users account. This will automatically show on the linked referral account.

Any delays beyond this usual period should be brought to our attention by the user concerned. They should provide relevant details, ie. name of offer, date completed and a copy of their confirmation e-mail together with any further evidence to show that the offer has been completed. A manual update can then be requested.

Right, so lets wait another 5 days, let the guy get his freebie from console real incentives and THEN decide to do something. Not only that but i told them that he hadnt replied to my emails so what makes them think he's gonna try and raise a support ticket to them asking for him to get credited for me?

Person A was on holiday for that time and im in contact with him so it should go green soon.

But thats not the point - Aren't Giveaway (and other networks) supposed to work with exceem and it's members to fight agaisnt fraud?

No wonder some people are scared of trading!

don't be silly... it would be very nice if the sites would take our word when we tell them that a member should have gone green by now!

it is hard enough in my experience to get my own greens from giveaway!

both times I have paid for offers.. and still the battle of the emails commences!

i mean jackpot joy do not even provide the evidence that was requested, and would not even produce on request.. in fairness I am now green but still!!

it is up to the member after all to chase up their own green...
