 | Anyone else had this problem?I completed the macmini site back in October. Unfortunately, I was on holiday when they tried to deliver it (if only they could give an advance date of delivery..) and so it was returned to sender. I raised a support ticket asking if I could get it re-sent if i paid for postage and was told it would be passed on to technical support. So I waited, and waited, until a month had gone by. So i asked if any progress has been made and was told apologies for the delay, and would chase up technical support. So I waited again. And now its near enough December with still no reply. Even though 'Lisa' mentioned it would be chased as a priority. It's beginning to feel like an NHS queue.. Long story short, has anyone ever missed a delivery but still manage to get their item? |
