Re: Trial to help reduce fraud.

I think i'll add my 2pence to this thread.

When signing up to 360 giveaway through an eBay ad I 100% realised what I was doing and had every intention of comleting the site. I was a bit of a a$$hole though and as I am a web programmer myself I manually removed the referral id and just signed up to the site 'out of the blue' so to speak.

I didn't give the person credit for my signing up as:

A. Didn't fully understand the rules and regs of the site and didn't want anything to do with anyone else incase his account got blocked and all his referrals aswell.

B. All I was interested in was a 360 for myself.

Looking back on it now I realise that it was wrong to not give the guy credit and wouldn't do it again. I think that this option box will just make it easier for people to be a$$holes and be spiteful to not give the credit.

Personally if i was refered by someone like you were and i didn't know what it was about, i proberly be an a$$hole like u and cut out the ref link!!! i know its makes no difference but when your not very knoledgable about the sites and the effort it takes to get refs, its easily done.
I wouldn't do that know, if im going to sign up for a site i might as well help some1 out at the same time because it requires no extra effort at all from my part, plus it makes u feel gd!!!
cheers guys,
and personally i recon this tick box (depending on the size) will make any difference whatsoever!

This is what I was trying to say about people will just do it because they do not want to help others out. They do not see why they should do you a favour.
