 | Giveaway support very slowI've been waiting for over a week now for a response to my support ticket by the technical team but still no joy and my account is STILL on hold even though I've submitted as much info as possible to prove my innocence and even collected further greens. Lisa has been very good with the previous responses but since I was told my ticket had been forwarded to the tech team I've not heard anything. How long have others had to wait in this situation? |

| Re: Giveaway support very slowI had to wait for about 2 and a half weeks and then Tab got back to me and let me know that it had been taken off hold. Patience is the key although i know it's tough. |

Once they said they were looking into it for me i just kind of sat back and waited as i didn't want to p**s them off by pestering them! I know they have a lot on their plate and every support ticket i've ever asked has been answered (some within hours) so i can't fault them. I'd just work on another site and try to forget about it untill they get back to you |

| Re: Giveaway support very slowLol, I've been waiting now for 29 days to be verified on MiniMac, rather annoyed about it. Lisa's always been ok though. It must be tech support that are the slow ones. |
