 | iPod Colours......Hey all.... Been away from exceem for a bit, and haven't had the time to make any meaningfull posts in a while. This is the first of a few posts by me responding to some of the things people are "complaining" about... So....... iPod colours. Sometimes we are unable to get hold of the iPod colour requested which means we need to provide a substitute. However it will always be the correct model. We could put the order on hold until we are able to source the correct colour, however we do not wish to make our customers wait any longer than they already have, as there is no guarantee when we will be able to get the correct colour. Also, without trying to make up excuses, our T&C's do state that we can make substitutions. Please understand we do try our hardest to source the colour requested, and 99.9% of the time we do send the correct colour. Tab |

 | Re: iPod Colours......Hi Tab, I appreciate that it can be hard to get the colours that people want, pink in my case. Wouldnt it be better though to mail the people who are waiting and ask if they would rather wait for the specified colour or if they are happy enough whatever colour? Couldnt there be a paypal/amazon equivalent? In my case, the nano was for a little girl so pink was the one that I wanted, had it been for me I'd have been happy whatever colour. Plus, is there no store that these items could be taken for a swap?
