I'm hacked off now.

I've waited long enough. Giveaway said I can contact Iceage to obtain a delivery date for my 360. After three emails I've been completely ignored by them.

They seem to have a whiff of mickey mouse about them if you ask me - isn't it about time we started harassing them a bit, Tab?

Do they even have a phone number? Probably not I imagine, as that would mean someone would actually have to do some work and speak to someone.

I have also emailed them several times with no reply it seems the compny doesn't exist. I suggest tab changes companies quick because this is going to loose alot of custom. I have left a support tiket about any way to contact them other than email i will post the reply here.

That website is so dated lol. I used their email form thing to contact them aswell as sending a few more emails. If they haven't replied to any emails i sent a month ago i doubt any now will be replied.

Come on Iceage whats the deal? And why has Tab chosen you to send out his xbox 360's if your this unreliable?

Just recieved my minimac from iceage technology, Its been repacked theres a scratch on the top, parts missing!! Whats the deal !?!! I expected a brand new minimac, not some joke like this!

This iceage seems to be a problem. Also the minimac that i recieved was core solo not the new duo one.

Tab would be intresting to see what you recommend doing in this case ?

They probably get them recondition from the apple site, hence the reason why people have recieved wrong ipod colours.

I just sent another support ticket too asking for paypal equivalent, we'll see how that goes down . . if I even get a reply. I reckon 5 refs is worth about a oner, thats what other sites offer!
