 | need big help ?ok guys I have got all my refferals for my xbox360 giveaway . now the problem is I completed my offer for chitchat bingo I didn't get a green i created a new ticket and they are trying to sort it out by me giving them snapshots of my account etc. so what is the problem you ask, well when i first replyed to the ticket i was using my laptop and it had my own IP address number , since its gone to repair I have used my my mates pc with my internet connection and now it has come up with a different IP address ? does this matter ? and i don't mind completing a new offer (its only a tenner) to get my green asap if support are gona take long to get back to me, but i am worried sinbce using my friends pc for now shuld i really complete a offer ? can any 1 help please ? |

| Re: need big help ?The IP shouldn't matter, they know you may log on from different addresses. Give them some time, and next time be sure to delete all your existing cookies and set your computer to accept all cookies while you do the offer - that way it should be tracked properly! |
