Three weeks to verify one green...

I'm not usually one to start these sort of threads, I know full well that the freebie scene requires a reasonable amount of patience, and am usually prepared to wait if it's reasonable.

However, having gone on to verification for the second time on 360giveaway, I don't think it's reasonable to be processing for nearly three weeks to wait to verify just one green.

I raised a support ticket when I went into my second verification, asking whether it would be quicker as only one referral needs to be checked, and was told no, but it that all accounts will be verified within 10 working days, which I accepted as reasonable. 10 working days run out last friday, when it seems a few people did go STV, yet my account is still verifying.

To be honest, I'm more annoyed by the 10 day broken promise I was given in the support ticket. I've raised another support ticket on that friday, and haven't heard anything back.

I'd like to know why my account wasn't verified along with others on Friday that has just gone, and how much longer am I to expect the verification of one green?

you have to remember that there may be loads of people processing, so its going to be done on a first come first serve basis, so even though you only have 1 green to verify (which i dont think is the case as they will recheck your old referrals for fraudulent activity since your last verification) your not going to get it done instantly, you have to wait in the queue.

I feel your pain mate, I too am verifying again on just the one new green. Been far longer than 10 days for me tho unfortunately. Im pretty much resigned to the fact that it will arrive around xmas.

That's a fair point.

However, they should not be making time-specific promises if they cannot deliver on them. And anyway, is there a maximum number of accounts that they can process each week then?

I've now got quite a few yellows, if 4 go green (and thus hit the requirements) do you think I should wait a few more days just incase some more go green to put a bit of a safty buffer in if some don't pass verification?

I think having a few more than is needed will def put you in the best position to make sure you get to the end in one go
as you can see i took this aproach and well on the way to receiving my 360
been on STV for 5 days now.

i am in the same boat as u gaffertape verifying for 2nd time 1 green (tho 2 now i seem to have aquired an extra one ), i put in a ticket to say it was my 2nd time and asked if it would be quicker they said there is now way that they can tell if people are verifiyng for 1st time or 2nd etc and it is 1st come 1st served they told me it would take 15-20 days so i am waiting fingers crossed..

I was 3 weeks verifying 1st time, 2 on hold.

Got upto 13 this time just incase. Have been verifying about 4 weeks now. It is very frustrating, just have to wait.

And, they will re-check all greens, not just the new ones! Just hope 4 dont go on hold lol.

Should be verified soon! Just a matter of waiting for delivery then!

Has anyone been verified with out having some of their refs go red? I've just started verifying and only have the exact number of greens. From what I've just read it seems inevitable I will need to get more greens

I have 10/10 greens for the xbox360, I was verifying for a month and then to my dismay I was put on hold. Tab sorted it out though as it was a genuine mistake regarding one of the IP's and within two weeks I was back to verifying. I've been verifying for another 2 weeks now but don't expect any of my greens to go red as Tab had looked over my account and said I should re-verify pretty quickly. Providing none of my greens have acted fraudulently in the last 2 weeks (which I’m sure they won't as I’ve now explained in detail the T&C's !) I should be fine but I’ll keep you posted in goodapollos thread
