Support response time?


Hi all, anybody had a recent response from giveaway support? I've got a ticket regarding an uncredited offer that I raised yesterday - just wanted to know what sort of time frame they usually respond in? No great rush, I'd just like to get it sorted!

I have had quite a few messages to and from recently regarding manual credit and replyes took normally 2-3 days.

I got a few replys that were clearly copy and paste standard ones, but when I sent the information listed they did credit me in about 2 days, very happy and well worth the wait.

Same here,

I'm awaiting credits for ipodsgiveaway and ps3giveaway. It's not urgent though as i've no referals on either but i'm waiting to be added to the ipods conga after confirmation so the sooner the better!
