Hey! This is just a suggestion - don't know how viable it is - but how about advertising this conga in particular a bit more in the main forums? The way I see it, there's quite a few messages being posted on the forum by 'newbies' looking for help to get greens/referrals. With this conga, you only need to complete one offer, wait patiently for a while (ususally the hardest thing to do!) and eventually you'll get enough greens for an iPod shuffle.

Everybody wins! New freebie hunters get their first freebie, and confidence to keep trying on other sites; and referral sites get more sign-ups and more coverage, plus the fact that these newbies, who might otherwise not complete any offers, actually start completing offers and getting their friends to do the same.

However, I don't know if it would be fair to advocate one referral site over another on the main forum (I'm talking about, say, if the mods were to make a sticky thread at the top of a few popular topic boards directing newbies to this conga). What do you guys think?

I don't think the mods will allow anyone to promote aggressively the congas that ones are a member off.

I think the most you can do is put it under your signature to advertise it, you are not even allowed to promote or discusse with newbies the conga you have joined... newby touting I think it's called.

You can on the other hand promote a conga, that is any conga.

Ahh I see, no that's cool I was just wondering, but cheers for clarifying. Hopefully newbies will have a look around and see that a conga is a pretty good way to get some greens. On looking around a bit more myself, I see that there are other referral sites on which you can get an ipod shuffle for 2 greens, so it would be unfair to promote this conga above any other!

It's still pending at the moment, I should have completed another offer than the lovefilm I think.
