Right. As the title and all of my 2 posts show I am a freebie virgin

I was always under the impression 'no such thing as a free ride' and assumed there was a catch but thanks to this site I now no its not always that way.
Any way, to the point... how do you do it? I am ammazed at how much stuff people have receive and just want to no, what tips do you have.
I have emailed all my contacts and work colleagues and so far got 3 completed, but thats it.
These are ideas I have to get more;

Flyers/Posters- local pub, phone boxes, cab ranks, university, forums
Signatures in Forums

Thats about it (btw these arent my original Ideas, just some ive seen)

What about creating your own website? Any one tried this?
Also i their a thread/forum that explaind this 'conga thing i keep hearing off?
Please help as I am new but have alot of free time and will be looking to do this permenantly
