Joking of course

For each 'approved' freebie site on eXceem, there is a conga.

The conga acts as a list.. At the top of a list.. a user 1's referral link is placed..

User 2 clicks this referral link, registers and completes an offer.

User 2 posts in the conga post's comments stating that they have completed an offer.

When the offer is verified (ie 'goes green') user 1 confirms this on the conga post's comments.

User 2 is then added into the next free slot on the 'list'

When user 1 receives 2 referrals from the conga, they are removed and the user in position 2 moves up and their referral link is placed there instead

Difficult to get your head round at first but you'll get there
