Sorry to add this rather depressing note... but I have just found out my cousin has committed suicide after several years of depression and serious anorexia. She's been in and out of hospital but always put on a bubbly face when around people.

It's such a shame as she was always a really nice girl before her problems started. Remember a lot of fun times as a child. I feel terrible I hadn't seen her for a while.

... she was 2 years younger than me as well. Quite a shock.

Really sad to hear, thoughts go to you and the rest of the family. Shows how severe depression can get for some people.

I know what you're feeling like, MJ.. I've lost one of my best mates recently too.. There was this friend of mine, not from a financially stable family. His mother had some appendix problems & it cost a huge amount for her mother's surgery and treatment. Now, this friend, he had Malarial fever since 2 months, but he didn't say about it to anyone, just to prevent his family for spending money on his treatment. It became worse and worse, and in the end, (no one knows how) his liver tore up. He passed away because of that.. Imagine this: You talk casually with a friend as usual one night, and the next morning, you come to know that he's gone forever. I was in a real bad state for weeks after that... Still can't recover from the fact that he's gone. Please give out your thoughts to him. May his soul rest in peace...

Yeah, I know.. Still sounds like I've been reading some really depressing story.. But then, that's the reality, and I gotta face it.
