I got a question for you guys... A friend of my completed all the requirements for that site and he's order was processed and shipped but over a month already passed and he's iPad never arrived... Every time he opens a support ticket there he never gets a reply even though before he placed the order they would always reply. Did anyone here ever used this site or know anyone that does? Any suggestions or coments on this? Thanks

It's a trainn site I believe, so it should be totally legit, unfortunately most of us have not used trainn so we can't really tell you much about it. I'm sure sending them a support ticket will resolve the problem, their support is pretty fast.

ya that is a trainn company but thats the problem they completely stopped responding to his support tickets after they shipped the ipad thats whats really annoying... is there any other way to contact them besides a support ticket?

I've done a trainn site before (yourfree360games)

Tell him to open a new support ticket, and say that the shipping has been over a month.

As the ToS states, if the shipping is over 15 days, then they will send you $100, via paypal or a check..

They should respond to this :P
