Non credits?

Ok I've done an offer in the past couple of weeks which is yet to be credited.
I have contacted the support for the site who have been helpful and are looking into it for me.

However . . . if I were a fist time person signing up I would think this was a scam if I had done an offer and it was showing that I hadn't, has anyone looked into how many referrals are lost through offers not crediting? Is it a big problem or am I being a drama queen?

I have a significant amount of reds on this site, is there anyway I can be sure that they have not done an offer as it is their account not mine. For example one of my friends signed up for me and I was actually with him at the time, yet he is still showing as red.

I would love to know if there s a way of checking this as this could increase my greens

Don't think there is a way on any of the sites, fj, kudos or xpango. The only indication is if they are pending or green or emailing them.

Xpango should get an auto-tracking system, this is a pretty important issue imo.

It has concerned me, I am unsure of which site to use for my next freebie over it lets put it that way.
