![]() | Resetting a freebiejeebies accountHi, when I set up my freebiejeebies account for the first time I did so on ps3.freebiejeebies and have not touched it since, i.e. i have not referred anyone or done an offer. As I am using my gadget.freebiejeebies account at the moment I was wondering is it possible for me to reset my ps3.fj account so I can sign up under someone elses referral link and complete an offer for a trade as it is kind of useless now. |

![]() | Slightly related to the initial question, do any of you know if I can change my account address if I'm moving to another country? |

The reason I ask is because I have a vague memory of opening a Mobiles.FJ account quite some time ago, which I've almost certainly "lost" since then...Although I'm thinking of having a trudge through my old e-mail backups and seeing if I can find the original sign-up e-mail to recover the account if it's still there. That said, both my e-mail address and IP have changed since then...So given the circumstances and the timescale (At least two years) that have passed since then, might FJ allow me to forget about the old account and start afresh anyway? | |

Give them all the information you have, and maybe they can find your account.

![]() | I know the support ticket always solves pretty much any problem but just checking here first and see if anyone knows. I know Richard probably has a lot to do these days so I guess we could all try to avoid sending support tickets if we can if we want fast processing times and all that |

Support ticket is the fastest and most reliable way for both you and FJ.

![]() | Yeah I'll probably end up doing that. I'll just wait for a couple more days see if anyone has done it before as it's not urgent. |

| What to put... | IT IS the only way. Send a support ticket, you will have to do it sooner or later.
