Wow, can't people use the search button -_-.
The FJ crew are attempting to patch it. There's been 2 threads made about it.

well maybe it should be made a sticky, its difficult to raise a support ticket when there is no support ticket system availeble, but would it hurt for Chigley or somebody to make a formal announcement in the FJ area??

OK don't want to complain but can Alex or Richard or someone at least give us an idea as to when support will be fixed?

Don't worry, only the support system is down, and even that isn't completely down. Freebiejeebies are still providing an excellent service which I can vouch for since I passed verification yesterday, even if it took slightly longer than usual (I'm sure they must have just been busy).

It took just over a week. 8 or 9 days I think, I can't remember.

And you might want to sort your website out.

I can understand why people who don't know how good freebiejeebies are are getting concerned, I've been processing about a week I think, and that's the longest time I've ever been waiting for a gift to be ordered after verificiaton.

I suppose it doesn't really matter though as people will geth their freebies and be happy!

as I have said before.... now things are settling down to a more realistic pace there will be the people demanding quicker things... and complaining when this is not possible.

Us old schoolers who remember monthly verifications are not as worried (although it has been 7 days for my points verification!!)

yeah the old days of monthly verification... god never again.

But with fj its never been like that so we either have weekly or fortnightly as it gets a little daunting waiting for an estimation on when things will be processed.

I still think we need some extra people on board to help move things on smoothly as things are slowing down as the database is getting much much bigger when will it be, before something breaks the camels back!

which none of us want EVER!

I'm now back off holiday, and as this hasn't been sorted yet it's the top of my list.
Give me a chance to unpack - and I'll make a stickied official thread on this tonight.

Charlie

EDIT: And, re. Adrian's post, lots is in the pipeline to improve speeds in every way imaginable
