![]() | are they out of business?Hi, I have tried to get through to support at freebiejeebies and it will not let me send an email to them, I have also replyied to previous messages from them and just end up with a blank email. I have this problem on both my computers and just want to know whats happening because I have worked hard to get 63 referrals (a mix of completed and non completed) and would be getted if I lost them due to some technical problem, could someone tell me whats going on? |

![]() | You do not have to worry sir. FJ certainly aren't going out of business. They just have a few bugs with their helpdesk software which will soon be resolved. |

| Romper Stomper | I think it's pretty understandable for a new member to the forum to come on and ask a question regarding the current state of a business if they cannot get a response from support. Businesses are going under left right and centre around us after all... In response, as has been stated, FJ are having a little trouble with server side software but are very much still in business, normal service will resume shortly. Your referrals are safe, just keep an eye on this forum for updates. Welcome to eXceem
