Freebiejeebies phone number?


Hi guys,
long story short: i got my acc put on hold, am seriously sad and distraught as i thought my ps3 was going to arrive next week. lots of time and money from my refs was put into this.

does freebiejeebies have a phone number so i can talk to them?

Hi David, dont think they have a phone number, but email their support they reply usually within 24hrs, good luck!

Have you contacted them about your account being put on hold?
They may not tell you exactly why but may point you in the right direction.

ye i sent an email yesterday i am just very sad and cant believe this. want to sort this out.. i believe this is unfair after all the time and money and effort has been put into this by me and my refs.

You must surely have some idea though why your account is on hold? Think about how you were getting the referrals, was that way against the rules?

Then sending support tickets is the correct way to go about things.

Good luck in getting it sorted, though I agree with Arctic. If you were aware that what you did may have breeched the rules, it's no surprise that FJ did spot it. My guess is it's something to do with the same IP address...
