Lockerz account for sale.

Hi.
I'd like to know if selling a Lockerz account is legal. For exemple, I have 720 PTZ and can't log in every single day... So is selling it (using eBay or Amazon) legal ?
If so, how much for 720 PTZ ?

You Think ? I found others offering accounts on other forums. Just Google 'Lockerz account for sale'. So all of that is illegal :o ?

If you took 5 seconds to read Lockerz terms and conditions, you would read that...

Users are prohibited from selling, trading or transferring their Lockerz membership account (including, but not limited to, selling, trading or transferring e-mails associated with such account, and/or PTZ earned through such account).

Personally i wouldnt buy a Lockerz account as there is nothing stopping the seller taking the money and then contacting lockerz to have the account closed

I realise T&C mentioned above means he cant but in terms of legality - the sale of virtual goods, which is what Lockerz PTZ are, is legal.

I'd imagine it's a reference to his website, maybe Absolutely Free like in his signature, but either way, you can't really get mad at someone for having the same 2 letters in their avatar...

Alistair has had that avatar possible since he joined. I imagine AF could be his name?

It's quite confusing but Lockerz' terms and conditions are clear! Not worth the risk..
