you can change your own websites hourly if you want. I'm not sure i get what you mean

You mean the content/pictures/links etc? Of course you can change that at any time you like, it's your website

Sure ! But that depends on your host (May not allow more than a certain Megabytes of traffic...) and the software you used to create your website (you must preserve your project files -including images and links). But if you used an online website creator like Weebly.com, you're asking for the easiest task you can imagine

actually, Google loves ! if you change the content of your website.. not hourly but weekly

However you made you site in the first place, just do that with the updates you want to make and upload the new files or save the changes if you are usign an online web site builder.
