Intuit offer

hey all
Does anyone know the exact requirements for a completed Intuit offer?
Because i did one as my starting offer; signed up made a page then it went green.
But now i'm trying to do it again as my Girlfriend with totally different details different house, credit card, internet so i know its not that. i've signed up and made a page but it says its not completed :/

I don't think i did anything different.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

it was yesterday around 4pm but freebiejeebies just says not completed whereas my first offer went green within half an hour

Am I the only one thinking this sounds suspicious?

I don't think it would sound as suspicious if he said that 'his girlfriend has signed up', but still if it's different house, internet, credit card then Freebiejeebies get paid and it's a legit referral isn't it?

But is is against T&Cs to walkthrough your referrals, so I imagine that is also against T&Cs!
