Help to Create a Website

Hello,
Can anyone help to get my website up?
I just want to do 1 small website, with a text and an image, but I dont know how to do it.
Can you help me please?

Ps: I have Dreamwear.

can you use photoshop?
if you can supply me with a psd of your website layout i will build the page for you, i will also need the text for the page too.
