Hello guys as you know ..I work in currys digital....

But John Lewis now want me...

I will still be working in the electrical department, but dont know what to do

Also I will get 25% of everything in John lewis ..where as im only getting 15% atm

Help me guys ..what should I do

I could not find the right section for this so ..yh ...here it is

Go for the better paying job. Also ask if you can do a couple of days "training" with John Lewis to see if you like it there, if not go back to currys.

25% gross, or of profit? I didnt think there was that much in electricals

definatly without a doubt go into Johnny Looloo.
im hoping that its going to be my career choice at retail management . buyers management level. john lewis is an AMAZING company to work for.

your a partner not an employee and as a result you get a bonus (in the 3 years i've worked there its been 15, 17 and 20% of you yearly salary in one tax free payment which you get the second week of March i.e. now...) There are no share holders and you vote of everything, you have your say and you can change your department layout etc if you want / get enough support etc...
pay is good.
you get 25% of everything. i.e. a £1000 iMac goes down to £750 (which if your sneeky you could buy one (or an expensive TV etc) and sell it off for a lil profit)
Its won best high street retailer (the big official one with over 400 competing retailers) many times (with Waitrose the food sector of JL coming in second)

truly hands down best retail people to work for ever. you get so much training, so many benefits ... serious, if you dont want it, send it my way

Because at currys.digital I am top salesman and i enjoy working with the people I do...

Also its closer to my house ..jhon lewis is in oxford street so i will have to travel 30 mins

but I most prob will go for it because its a big pay rise

Also a new work place may equal new referals. Also whenever you sell a ps3 or something you could be cheeky and slip a business card with your website on it into the bag.
