 | refs offer not tracking right?So one of my referrals signed up and did the intuit offer. Its been like a week, and this person says when they log in it shows completed but on my status page it still shows red and not complete. I don't want to bug this person too much, have asked them to open a support ticket. But is this possible for it to show green to them but not to me? Can I open a support for my ref's offer stuff? |

 | This could only be one thing They never used your link when signing up..if they are showing complete on thier end and its still saying not completed on your status then this is what has happened or they are just lying Hope that helped |

| Ask him what the message says on the top of the offers page. Then you can justify if he is lying or not

| What they are saying is impossible - the offer status field is read from the same place in the database so they cannot be different.
