We get 2 or 3 of these every day, usually in the morning when no one reads them anyway. They are deleted when we notice or the post gets reported. We get more posts moaning about them than actual spam itself.

A few get posted and deleted, not really that big an issue really or worth getting worked up about them. Report them and they will be deleted.
