![]() | PAYG iPhones on contract? So I went into an Orange (UK mobile phone provider) at the weekend and asked about getting a contract deal if I've already got an iPhone. I told the guy it was a friend's old one (didn't want to open up a can of worms explaining freebies). But, he said I'd have to still take out a regular contract which comes with an iPhone. So I'd end up with 2. Obviously this is silly... I tried explaining to him that I've already got a handset and don't need another one, but he didn't care or didn't understand. Does anyone have any experience with using a free iPhone on contract with either O2 or Orange? |

![]() | Brilliant cheers. Although on Orange it seems I've got to spend £30 per month minimum to qualify for the 500mb internet use, but O2 do an unlimited web "bolt on" for all their SIM only contracts so I could go down to £10-20. Not bad! |
