Sad news, my 1st pending offer that I have been waiting to go green has been REVOKED!

What does this mean and why has it happened? Is it common?

Sadly the offer wasn't completed properly for some reason and Lovefilm have rejected it.. Alot of people are getting this at the moment ;|

or possibly "new" could mean a different FJ site or he could be new to FJ and this is his first and only. Hopefully, its one of those.
