Referrals on hold?

I know i should have probably asked this question over a year ago when i joined, but i never really thought about it before!

Basically i have had a few people put on hold recently which had completed an offer, what i was wondering is when referrals are put on hold are they only breaching the freebie sites terms & conditions?

If so that means that freebies site, still gets the commission from say Lovefilm but we lose out is that right or am i way off?

No, it could be that they didn't fully complete an offer our somehow tricked the system.

A user's account is placed on hold if they broken (or we suspect have broken) one or more of our Terms and Conditions and has had his/her account suspended. The user will not be able to receive a gift ...

The second conclusion is that they may have typed their shipping information wrong and have been put on hold until the true postal address is entered incase of a mix up

But the referrals that i had went complete then on hold how could they have tricked the offers system?

most likely they have done something against fjs t&cs else it would be a revoke but could be offer related , you will never know , although fj or w/e ,may get the money from that ref , they may have lost out if that person has frauded them somehow so although it looks like they may have gained the commission this is not necessarily the case...if you get what i mean lol

Yeah kinda, it didnt really bother me to much, i was just checking.

But why cant peeps stick to terms & conditions? its not hard, lol

there will always be people that try it on , some may be genuine mistakes , its worth emailing your refs and telling them to submit a ticket you never know you might get 1 back

Steve lost 25% of his LoveFilms through revokes and T+C breaches. How stupid are people that they can't complete an offer or follow the rules?

I'd imagine a good number of the people who get put on hold have tried to get referrals, then just given up and attempted to cheat (e.g. signing up with another account)

Just tell your referrals to send support ticket so you would know what seems to be the problem they were put on hold. Maybe its just a simple problem of address which can be fixed.

Send ticket tell to your referrals. Its hard to get green so you might be able to fix that.
