![]() | Just a brief question/note here: It'd be a very simple process to make a link generator that could take one's reflink and convert it into the necessary HTML code/UBB code/image URL for forum or website usage. At present, it's just an idea - Although it shouldn't take more than ten mins for me to bash out a quick "It'll do" version. If I did, would it be OK to provide the link here or would it be tatamount to a reflink, given it handles the former? |

![]() | Getting signature banner code just got a *lot* easier!Ay up again! As tends to happen with some of my ideas, I decided to go full-on into it and managed to actually produce something potentially useful for once! Although the actual code was fairly basic in principle, I found myself tinkering and playing around with adding a few handy side functions (Such as allowing saving the page to a bookmarkable link) and actually spent a good four hours over it in the end! What I've just cooked-up here is a fairly simple but (Seemingly) reliable signature generator that can take a collection of reflinks and retrieve their associated banners, along with the HTML and UBB code needed to reproduce them on web-pages/blogs and forums respectively. It's usage is straightfoward, instructions are provided on the page, and it supports both FreebieJeebies and Kudos links interchangeably! DieselDragon's Signature Code Generator Mods: If this tool really serves the purpose I feel that it does, please consider adding it to the first post. Cheers! A couple of demos using my own Select.FJ banner as an example:
Farewell for now, and hope this is of use to ye all! +++ DieselDragon +++ |

![]() | The only automatic way is when you post by email. For that, you just set up a signature the normal way and the signature will be on every email you send, including the messages to the group. |

![]() | Hmm. I am not sure if my issue is caused by my lack of post count, but whenever I try and upload my freebiejeebie image it gives me an invalid URL message. I know it is correct because I type the url into my address bar and it works perfectly. Any advice? |
