They tell me they have submitted a support ticket!!!

If i have to tell people who do the offer not to use Paypal it will make them suspicious!!!

Icks - we responded to her support ticket the same day she sent it in but we have not had any response since then - we can't submit untrackeds without any evidence i'm afraid.

I don't think it is paypal that's the problem to be honest, we have had some through that tracked using paypal and some that haven't - so just the usual untrackeds it looks like.
