Ok, so as you guys can see, I am new to all this lark but Im pretty keen to get going. I have seen what the featured networks are, but what if you come accross a network that isnt mentioned on here? should it be avoided? Also, I keep seeing posts about the giveaway network having problems, have they shut down or somthing?

If they're not listed on eXceem, my personal advice would be to avoid them. There's plenty of top notch networks listed on here and you know that they've been checked out by the admins so there's little chance of you being ripped off.

The Giveaway Network have stopped giving out gifts, so I'd avoid them too!

This maybe a stupid question, but do the networks pay exceem to be featured? Or do exceem just list whoever they think are best?

No.

The criteria to be listed as supported aren't known to the 'public', but a network must pass a few security tests, and be active for a certain amount of time before they are classified as supported.

eXceem just lists the network that the eXceem staff feel are the best. There is no payment and/or any benifit for the eXceem staff.

Being active on eXceem, having a lot of people receive gifts from them, etc..

Just so what rider said doesn't come acroos the wrong way, that' the best, not the ones we like, by best we means in terms of support, customer service, delivery times etc
