 | A bit of help, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!lolOk, so as you guys can see, I am new to all this lark but Im pretty keen to get going. I have seen what the featured networks are, but what if you come accross a network that isnt mentioned on here? should it be avoided? Also, I keep seeing posts about the giveaway network having problems, have they shut down or somthing? Cheers guys |

  | If they're not listed on eXceem, my personal advice would be to avoid them. There's plenty of top notch networks listed on here and you know that they've been checked out by the admins so there's little chance of you being ripped off. The Giveaway Network have stopped giving out gifts, so I'd avoid them too! |

| This maybe a stupid question, but do the networks pay exceem to be featured? Or do exceem just list whoever they think are best? |
