Doing an offer at a friends house

Can I do this:

If I go to my friends house can I go on his P.C....log into my FJ account, copy and paste my ref link...log out, load my ref link and sign up as my mate and complete the Coral offer (obviously he is sitting next to me - he would do it himself but i wanna do it right).

OR since I logged into my FJ accoun on his P.C to get my ref link, will FJ then think that that is my P.C?

All users must sign up for their individual account themselves and are responsible for completing the offer process themselves. If a user is found to have "walked" a referral through the signup and/or offer process, all accounts affected will be placed on hold."

I don't have a site so the only way of getting my ref link is my logging into my FJ account and copy and pasting it

but then if my friend does that FJ might then think it is my home p.c because I have logged into my account

Why don't you get your ref link at home and write it down or email it to him?

you can log in anywhere!! The only ip that is logged, i believe, is the one you sign up with.

otherwise you could never get workmates/other students to sign up.

yeah, i was thinking something along these lines... as i spend 2/3 nights of the week at my dads house, if i was to log into my FJ account to check for sign ups would it then stop his gf from signing up and doing it at his/her house?

Probably not, but i'm sure I have more important things to remember, writing it down on paper is th easy option, so i will go for that

IP addresses are logged on FJ sites when you create an account and when you access/complete an offer.

I know it is against T&C...but WHY isin't against T&C's to walk a friend through a referral? it is still legit....the networks still get paid? Coral still get £5, I can't see who is at lose here?

because if you walk your friend through completing an offer:

a) it can look like you've just set up another account yourself
b) coral only get the £5, they're banking on the person becoming a customer. If you do it for them then there's no chance of that happening.
