| Agree, you're unlikely (or very lucky) to be ranked for google at all if you don't know what keywords are.

you rank in google for different keywords based on how much effort you put into each word you specify. A good rule of thumb is to pick 3 words for each page of your site you would like to found in google for (ranked for) then there are abunch of factors to making that keyword great. But bear in mind keywords such as iphone and free iphone etc are going to have millions upon millions of comptetion, try to narrow down to something more specific that you think people will search for.
