I've found that keeping an account of all my expenses and incomes when freebie hunting helps to keep me on track and spend money wisely. Keeping track of what you buy for your campaign (domains, hosting, etc) will stop you overspending!

Its also quite nice to see the profit you have made!

I've made a fairly simple template on Excel that you can use to keep track of all your spending and income. Feel free to use it!

EDIT: Damn attatchments didn't upload, "Invalid File"

I uploaded it to my site, then posted the direct link to that file.

So the file was called account.xls and I uploaded it to my root folder... meaning that I posted a link to: http://freejeebies.com/account.xls

Nice idea mate, I always keep track of my spending as I do a lot of marketing online as it's kinder a second income for me and something I also enjoy doing.

Hosting, domains and other tools can become costly if not sorted correctly.
