| blah blah blah | If it has went from green to "offer not completed" and you have done a trade, then the trader needs to do another offer for you and this time do it properly, as he obviously didnt this time. He would be "on hold" if he tried to scam the company but if he just doesnt do the offer fully, the green changes back to not completed. Hope that makes sense?

For me a green should never turn back to "offer not completed" status if the advertiser confirms before the green is given then the offer must have been completed correctly. So I understand now that it doesn't work that way. | |

| Super Moderator | So basically, all your greens could turn back to offer not completed if the advertiser or whoever decides so, for no reason? I know about people going on hold, but this is different isn't it?

![]() | Lets say the offer completed is a hosting offer. You may get the green when the offer is initially completed but as the contract is for 12 months then it may be clawed back if the person cancels in the second month for arguments sake etc etc. It is rare but entirely possible. It may however simply be a mistake also so best bet is to contact the person and ask them to submit a support ticket to find out what the reason is. If it is a trade then you can ask them to complete another offer for you, however if the account is on hold this may be a waste of time, i suggest contacting the person and asking them and if you are not satisfied with the answer open a trade dispute. |

![]() | It seems that a lot of people are having the same problem, My offer also turned from green to offer not completed today. Not a mistake or canceling offers, this is down to VC Bet on both accounts, support tickets sent and hopefully will get sorted. Just need to add no fault of the person I traded with, nor the offer I completed, proof of offer completions available, so we'll wait and see. Let you know how it goes. |
